Master II Program

The Legacy Program is a personal and life-changing exploration into the higher-level repertoire and teaching nuances of the Pilates Method.

The third phase of the Legacy Program embodies Rael’s voyage of discovery to the extreme edges of Pilates repertoire and the creative process. It is solidly based on the repertoire learned in the preceding programs and expands on this repertoire demonstrating progression and growth.

A 18 hours Program

This is a 3-day learning experience that includes 18 hours of instruction and learning.

Module 1

Day 1

Discussion on teaching methodology, positive results, preserving the legacy, and professional standing. Advanced repertoire introduced on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Step Barrel, and Ladder Barrel.

Module 2

Day 2

Discussion on the qualities a Pilates teacher must have. Advanced Repertoire introduced on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair.

Module 3

Day 3

Advanced and master-level repertoire presented. Q&A from Mentor Program and Master I Program and topics of the day.
